Dr. Sarah, ND is passionate about health advocacy and is committed to providing her patients with the knowledge and resources they need to achieve optimal wellness. With a clinical focus on women’s health, she addresses a wide range of concerns throughout the lifespan, including menstrual and reproductive concerns, fertility care, skin concerns, anxiety and stress management, and (peri)menopause.
Dr. Sarah also works with patients experiencing TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and muscle tension, using acupuncture as part of a collaborative approach to help reduce pain, calm the nervous system, and support overall wellbeing.
Treatment may include naturopathic medicine, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, laboratory testing, botanical medicine, nutritional supplementation, and acupuncture. She also offers facial acupuncture.
Dr. Sarah Correa, ND earned her undergraduate degree at McMaster University where she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology with a Physiology Specialization. She subsequently completed her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and is a licensed naturopathic doctor through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

Dr. Heather Goldthorpe, Licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND), M.Sc, H.BSc
Dr. Goldthorpe’s practice focuses on women’s health from menarche to menopause, including preconception health, fertility support, and perinatal and postpartum care, as well as gastrointestinal health, autoimmune disease, and pediatric care. She is passionate about patient-education and evidence-based treatments. Her protocols target the underlying cause of illness and including a combination of metabolic analyses, clinical nutrition, lifestyle changes, botanical medicine, and TCM/medical acupuncture.
In addition to attaining her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Goldthorpe also holds a Masters of Public Health from U of T, a Maters degree in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from the University of Ottawa and an honors bachelor degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph.
Dr. Goldthorpe has undergone additional training to obtain prescribing rights in the province of Ontario, which allows her to prescribe bio-identical hormones and desiccated thyroid, and perform intramuscular vitamin injections.
